SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text message program offered by Castle Rock Regenerative Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description. When you opt in, we may send text messages including appointment reminders, booking and scheduling confirmations, account and service notifications, billing and follow-up messages, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional or marketing messages.
2. Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, through our booking form, intake paperwork, on our website, or by texting us), you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving care.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your appointments.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.
5. Opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may continue to receive messages necessary to complete a transaction already in progress, and you may receive messages related to your care or appointments through other means.

7. Privacy. No mobile information, opt-in data, or consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us operate our messaging program (for example, our SMS platform), and only as needed to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Your protected health information is handled in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA.
8. Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
9. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
10. Changes. We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
