Hair loss affects millions of Americans, and with so many products and procedures available to address this troubling effect of aging, it can be hard to know which ones actually work. At Castle Rock Regenerative Health, we offer an innovative hair loss treatment procedure that combines umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, laser technology, and PRP for incredible results!

What Are Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells And PRP?

Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are specific stem cells that are sourced from the umbilical cord. MSCs stimulate tissue development, repair, and maintenance. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) refers to blood plasma with a high platelet concentration that contains growth factors and can accelerate tissue regeneration.

How Do MSCs and PRP Help With Hair Loss?

Mesenchymal stem cells have demonstrated promising results in treating hair loss in recent years. As an alternative to other hair loss procedures, combining MSCs with PRP can require less recovery time and yield better long-term results. At Castle Rock, we use umbilical-sourced MSCs, which are ethically sourced and have faster self-renewal properties

How Does This Procedure Work?

Our umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells are combined with your platelet-rich plasma, which is then injected into the area of the scalp we are treating. Following these injections, we apply advanced laser treatment and, lastly, our Topical Growth Factors serum.

This procedure typically takes one to two hours to complete. After your first treatment, you’ll receive Advanced Laser Treatments once a month for the next five months. At your first appointment, you’ll receive a care package with everything you’ll need for aftercare.

Is This Therapy Painful?

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but ultimately, these scalp injections can cause some discomfort. Nitrous Oxide gas helps with any discomfort or pain and is available to each patient at their request, at no additional cost. Topical numbing cream is also applied to the scalp prior to treatment.

How Quickly Will I See Results?

Typically, our patients will see significant differences in 2-3 months after their procedure. Hair will continue to fill in each month, but patience is key as everyone is unique, and some may see faster results than others. As with most other treatments, results cannot be guaranteed.  We have seen exciting results, however, with each of our patients!

What Is Included In The Price?

The price of this procedure includes all patient blood draws, spinning down this blood to separate PRP, the injections themselves, any Nitrous Oxide gas the patient may need, and one million Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells.  Six monthly advanced laser treatments and topical growth factors serum are included as well as a care package to take home after the initial procedure.
