Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on services, service packages, or products, either in cash or back to the original form of payment. Memberships are covered separately under Membership Cancellation below.

Your satisfaction still matters to us, so while we cannot return your payment, we can put it toward something that works better for you.

Within 30 days of the original purchase date, unused services, service packages, and unopened products may be exchanged for another service or product. The value of your original purchase is applied as account credit toward the new selection, and any difference in price is either paid at the time of the exchange or retained as credit for future use. Account credit is not redeemable for cash.

If a service is not the right fit, please reach out. Our team will work with you to find an option that better fits your goals.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Terms depend on which membership you hold, and your signed Membership Agreement governs in all cases.

Longevity Lab and Lab Pro memberships are month to month with no fixed term. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice, including by email. Your membership stays active through the end of the billing cycle in which the notice period ends, and your sessions remain available during that time. There is no cancellation fee.

Core Concierge memberships begin with a 12 month initial term and continue month to month after that. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice, including by email. If you cancel for convenience before the end of the initial 12 month term, a one time early termination fee equal to two months of membership dues applies. This fee covers the reserved place in our limited member panel and the onboarding and baseline assessment provided at the start of your membership. After the initial term, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice and no early termination fee. No early termination fee applies if you cancel because of death, a disability that prevents you from receiving services, or our uncured material breach of the agreement.

All other memberships follow the same general approach. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice, including by email, and your membership stays active through the end of the billing cycle in which the notice period ends. If your membership carries a minimum term or an early termination fee, those terms are set out in the Membership Agreement you signed and will apply. If you are not certain which terms apply to you, contact our team and we will walk you through it.

For all memberships, dues for the current billing period are non-refundable. If you have prepaid for periods beyond the current billing period, that unearned amount is refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of your termination date.
